How to Open and Copy the Spreadsheet in Google Sheets

Follow these easy steps to access and save your own copy of the spreadsheet:

1️⃣ Click the Link
Click on the link provided to open the spreadsheet. It will open in View Only mode, meaning you can’t edit it directly.

 

2️⃣ Sign In to Google
Make sure you’re signed in to your Google account. If you’re not signed in, you’ll be prompted to do so.

 

3️⃣ Create Your Copy
Once the spreadsheet opens:

  • Go to the top-left corner and click on File in the menu bar.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Make a Copy.

 

4️⃣ Save It to Your Drive
A pop-up will appear asking you to name the file and choose a folder in your Google Drive.

  • Enter a name for your copy (e.g., “Canada Home Shopping Checklist”).
  • Select a folder (or leave it as is, and it will save to your main Drive folder).
  • Click OK to save.

 

5️⃣ Start Editing!
Now you can edit your personal copy of the spreadsheet as you like! Add your notes, adjust the prices, and make it your own.
